Congrats for lending a helping hand. It scares me to sell some of these people boats when you know they don't have much if any experience. I usually hand em a coast guard brochure on boating safety, but I imagine most just throw em away. That's why I answer my phone 7 days a week. I get calls at 6-7am asking why the engine won't start, by beginners mostly. I ask if they hooked up the emergency kill switch, and 99% haven't. Oh well, it's my duty!!! Lol
