Yeah it is and thats what I am using it for. Go to the site I posted and zoom it on Bulta and then click on Hybrid in the top right of the map, its impressive.

John go to Bing Maps zoom where you want and then click either Aerial or Birdseye. Birdseye is awesome! I use it all the time! Way better than Google which is what MyTopo is using.
