    Default Re-Spooling

Been reading about different ways to re spool spinning reels so i thought i would share the way i do it.I use the berkley spooling sta. comes with a line stripper. Made the taper pin from a small bolt cut the threads and head off put in a drill press and held a file and got the taper needed put pin in a variable speed drill put spool on pin and you are ready line comes off filling spool cw and goes on reel spool cw also, takes a few min. Hope pic. helps.

Been doing it this way for yrs. used to take forever to spool 10 reels, this way less than 1hr. Waiting on some warmer weather, old bones cant take cold temps.

Mr Jim, That is quick, fast, and in a hurry right there. Another great idea!Does the spooling station keep tension on the line as it loads?
