I use Wally's stuff and don't have a problem. I love the hi-viz 6lb test stuff.
What I have found over time is that if you don't fish very often, all line will twist up on you. In the heat, and sitting on that spool, there's no way not to retain some memory. Real Magic works good to help, but I believe it just needs to get used to stay limber. Ever notice when you end up cutting some line off, the new line has that memory till it gets used a little. And I found snagging you line on something, pulling on it, helps get that memory out too. I noticed that when dock shooting. After one snag, the line gets nice and smooth! lol

I have not tried out the new Mr. Crappie line yet. The old stuff that BPS had I used for years no problems....Also the Crappie Max at BPS is the same as the old WM product. The Cabelas Pro-Line high vis yellow is good stuff too.
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

Used it, cut it all off and replaced it, didn't like fishing with "slinky" line. Use BBG Solar Green now.

Did not care for it myself.
I'm sick of following my dreams. I'm just going to ask them where they're goin' and hook up with them later.
You can get Ande at captain Harry's in Miami FL. They got a website.

The problem I had with the cheaper lines is that they don't hold their color very well. They also aren't as bright as the better name brands. I've got a spool of 10lb WM that someone can have if ya like it tho. I think it started as a 1500 yard spool. I just ordered a 3000 yd spool of the P-Line CXX Hi Viz Florescent in 12lb test. It's a copolymer and has a smaller diameter than the lb test rating.
