We stay busy....And your right on insurance and fuel prices. My guys worked on percentage of what truck made so it was in there hands how much they made. Bust your arse and run make descent money. Or piddle around and not make much. Luckly my guys are ones buying the trucks. So it makes it easier to down size knowing your not putting someone out of work.
