    Thats another pork loin cooked in the bag it came in.



    Pretty danged good.

    Yep, oven bags are great to cook meats that may dry out otherwise. Pork loins are especially prone to drying out.

    That makes sense. It just doesn't look like an oven bag; looks a lot like the vac seal package they're sold in with the top peeled off. Either way, looks like it turned out real good.

    That's exactly what it is, vac sealed package. It's even "self venting" at the corners. Very convenient and tasty.
