Your just used to fishing big lakes Curtis.......crappie fishing is not the greatest at Trace but they can be caught. The Bluegill and Redear fishing is fantastic.Quote:

Yep.....The best crappie are along each side of the creek run on the water ski part of the lake........the dinks seem to be over on the fishing side. Have caught some good ones around the spillway structure too.
G is right about the bream fishing at the trace. Here is a pic from July 2012 caught along the main lake levee. Even got 1 crappie on a cricket.Attachment 114339
