go to their website and look under Public Notices....click on size and creel limits. I guess it has already been made law.

My understanding is the law states MDWFP makes the regulations. No new law is needed.

I will abide by the laws but I dont know if I agree with this one. Dont fish it as much as you guys so it will not affect me as much as you that fish it alot . That being said I will still make a trip or 2 per year up there. Handi you kinda in the boat with me and Feesh, its a two hour drive up there for us. We may have to fish Nader more. Pfffffft WB.

Heck, I usually do pretty good at Sardis but before this fall I have only left with more than 30 fish once. Granted I've only been fishing it for 2 years but I have fished it quite often over that time. I'm ok with the new regs. Maybe taking a few extra small fish out of the lake will let those 2 1/2 pounders that are pretty common to start becoming 3 pounders.

Don't have to worry about measuring anything, at least.

Even tho the 10" is gonna be in effect, the good fishermen will still catch the bigger fish. You don't have to keep the under 12's if ya don't want to, and I won't unless they've been gill hooked, and I think they'll die.

BTW, I will keep em in the lower lake. They're goners anyway.

Like I said before, it's all about the county's revenue. If it helps the business' thrive, I for that part. Maybe get some new places opened to accommodate the fishermen and women. Competition is good for the consumer!!!!!
