    I didnt have anything that good but I did have some fresh fried crappie fillets with all the trimmings. Thanks for posting. I think I know what I might have tomorrow nite for supper....................BUT, those chicken and dumplin's does sound good too.

    I make sausage gravy the same as SPeck said. Fry the sausage then take it out of skillet, brown some flour in the leftover grease then add milk instead of water, when it thickens up I like to crumble the sausage up in it then cover me two big ole catheads with it. Now Slimey this is good but if you think the hash browns are bad on your chittlins you better be sho nuff careful with this gravy hahahahaha!!!!
