Dont want to alarm you Neon but you better watch that close tonite. Early this spring I got a tiny piece of steel in my hand while working. The next day it started swelling just like that and by that evening it had gone south real quick, wound up in the hospital with drip bag hooked to me for 4 days after they gave me emergency surgery, it was staph infection and it ain nothing to play with. May not be but I would keep a close eye on it tonite and tomorrow man.
