I have wore the woody max for several years. My feet stayed "ok" but sometimes my toes would get a little cold. I just got a pair of the Artic Pro and deer hunted the last 3 days. Toes stayed toasty! Im going to stick with my Artic Pros. I just wore one pair of wool socks. But if your feet sweet easy and you walk alot, that could be the issue too.
