Help me out, I'm not a gourmet cook like a lot of you but is that a rack of lamb??

No it's a rack of pork. Maj. Wrap around in a circle and the pork bones stick up like a crown. The butcher down here didnt know how to French the bones as my dad calls it. So we didn't have a crown besides the bottle. Still a great meal. Got a gallon(2halfes of that crown) hope to b gon tomorrow before we hit bourbon. Can anyone say boudain?
