    My family is celebrating Christmas Saturday night at my house. I bought a 16 1/2 lb brisket to feed'um fix'in to start it

    Low and slow and it should be great.

    Now it is on the smokerthis thing is freaking huge, it covers my smoker from side to side. I have cooked a lot of briskets in the 12-14 lb range but never one this big
