    I made something similar to that this morning. I made it in a pot though instead of a pan. Everything came out pretty well.

    OK Wilbur, now i thought polenta was a corn based product, pressed into a loaf and pan fried, kinda like cornbread except ground much less course. I see something yellow underneath the tomato sauce, is it what i described only pressed flat like a tortillia or is something more soupy, like watery grits. Please educate me, as i am interested in all good food and the wife and i are constantly trying different food items.
