    I wouldnt call it nightmares, BUT they do cause me to wake up! Heck have a dream about being eat by an alligator and its guaranteed to wake you up! I was watching that panic 911 show couple weeks ago and a woman shot a guy and ill be derned if i didnt have a dream that i was shooting somebody!
