    No, not the song, me. Went to the Osteo Doc today for exrays to find out what's up with my shoulder. Doc comes in after looking at the rays and says nothing wrong but inflamination n he's gonna give me a steriod shot in the joint. Don't know why he said "Now a little stick." If he was honest he would have said "Now this is gonna hurt like the devil so try not to scream like a girl." That would have been much more accurate. Why to they lie to us??

    I know that hurt. I got one in my heal one time and it felt like a branding iron. Those shots really work though.

    I guess I have had 2 good docs, I have had 4 shots in my left knee and they have not been painful at all, just about like a regular shot. But man do they work, ask Scott. I have been jumping up, well maybe not jumping, and manning the long-lining rods about as much as he has, love that shot. What both my docs said is they try not to hit a bone.

    Those cortisone shots hurt like he!!...n it will still be sore for a day or two...but eventually it does make ya feel better.
