He says at the first sign of a heart attack you need to take at least 180 MG of aspirin. He says Thats the first thing they do for a patient when they arrive on seen. He explained that if you have a blockage and it is starting to clot the aspirin will stop that and allow some blood to keep flowing around the blockage thus reducing the chances for heart and brain damage. And if it's not a heart attack no harm done.
