Hello from Crappie.com.....
Hello everyone, I have been on here for awhile now and I read alot more than I post. I just wanted to come online today and let everyone know who I am. My name is Chris Horton and my brother and I fish the MCC. I know alot more of you than know me because I dont speak of crappie.com much but I have seen post where everyone is helping each other and I would really like to be formally introduced to everyone. So when you are at the next MCC tourney and you see the white ranger with the crappie.com sticker on the windshield of my boat come by and say hello. I dont know much about crappie fishing other than I cut my teeth jig fishing oxbows all my life. Never really understood crappie til I joined MCC 3 years ago and now I haven't looked back. The first year was kinda odd for me since I knew noone. This is my 4th year now and the knowledge I have gained from being around friday night cookings and weigh-ins is more than I could ever thank one person for. So if there is ever a time when any of you guys and gals wanna talk crappie fishing and noone to call or listen to ya, get in touch with me because I could bore you trying to find out what the fish are doing even on the days I dont get to fish. Uh oh...I heard about this un.
Think we may have fished around each other Saturday. I was the one in the Maroon basscat with two boys that wasn't catching nuthin but was sorta in the way I everybody else. May have looked like there was only 1 boy with me though cause it was a good chance the other was laid out asleep.
