    I am with you BigC, half the time I dont even think you get the meat you took there, and I dont want no meat that no one rode around in the truck for 2 or3 days. Got a buddy that does mine for me and he knows what he is doin with it.

    I agree after yo do a few nothing to it. I have a 3hp Butcher Boy grinder it will grind 30lbs in about 3min.

    I'm not a Deer hunter so don't have much experience with processors. My neighbor who hunts every season was telling me about one he talked to that his program was you bring in a deer and tell him what you wanted and he went to freezer and got it out and gave you someone else's meat. Not for me. Needless to say he went somewhere else.
