If the will appoints you as the Personal Representative or Executor of the estate, I suggest you find a lawyer that deals in estates or estate planning on a regular basis. Not familar with MS estate law, but do have 1st hand experience with FL and TN estate law. The lawyer just keeps the PR or Executor out of legal trouble. The PR/Executor does 90% of the work.
