Default Has anyone used this in minnow bucket?

I was given an old Marine Metal Fish saver and it works fine. It fits inside a 5 gallon bucket so I was wondering if anyone has used this in their minner bucket. I cut off the battery clips and put a 12 volt adapter on it because the cables were short and I have an adapter to run it off starting battery.

Use one in my 110qt cooler... Along with some bait saver and frozen water bottles I kept 12lbs of minnows alive for 4 days in July during Sardis FJ and championship

Is it tall enuff for the cube?? Should work fine, never used one for minners but did use one when I green carp feshed and my livewell sucked the life out of fish, never did figure that one out.

I think so Rees. If not, I can add 1/2" PVC to it. I was thinking about a 50 quart cube

Thats what I was thinking, make it as tall as you can to give them as much water possible. It'll work and shoud be fine.

I was checking out how hard those streams are hitting that water and how deep they are going. Just my opinion but it seems like they might knock the scales off your minnows spraying that hard and if they lose scales they usually die!Water seems like it needs to be deeper! The holes in that spray head may need to be larger To cut back on that jet force!Good Luck with it!
