On the Grenada and Sardis anything over 12 is miserable. 15 -20 is most definatly a no go for me unless I got the itch so bad and I'm going to a local state lake.

to windy to fish. I know, I know, depends on boat size, number of people in the boat, and a host of other factors. Still, there has to be some point where you decide, "I anint going out there, today." When does this happen for you? (All said in my best Rees immitation voice)
Are you fishing this weekend? Where?

Your voice was not very good, you need practice.

At Okatibbee, we usually stay home with a 10 to 15 forecast. We don't get the big swells like they get on the "big four", but the boat rises and falls so much that a fish couldn't catch the jig even if he was after it. We could still pull cranks in that wind speed though. Trying to control the boat in heavy winds takes all of the fun out of fishing anyway.

Depends alot on location, where you and I were Sunday I think we had almost outstayed our welcome. We were WAY up Skuna with a South wind at 8 or so, by the time it got to us it was rolling alittle bit. Fished Bean Creek Tuesday in a South wind of 8 or so but the gusts were pretty tuff. By the time I got to the mouth of the creek it was pushing me with chains out at .4 or so. Time on the water will tell ya what your rig can handle and moving with the wind you can handle alot more than trying to go into it.
Bet where that boat turned over on Sardis was tuff Tuesday, Clear Creek is a big hollar and a South wind gets tuff in there quick.

I've fished up to 30 mph but didn't have any fun.
