They do have it for us Geezers. If you are 65 or older in MS you can vote absentee, been doing it a while. Plus if you are going to be out of town on election day and a few other reasons.

I stand corrected. Heard on the radio that Miss. didn't do early voting. Guess we shouldn't believe everything we hear.
The problem with early or affidavit voting is you can never be certain that it's counted. I did it a few years ago in advance of having surgery and no one at the clerks office could tell me weather or not it would be counted. It's a very troubling situation to me.

Early voting here is done electronically. Supposed to go straight to data base. Hope it does. It's the same machines they use in November.

This article clarifies it somewhat. Mississippi has absentee voting, whereas Tennessee has early voting.
