I coated the filets with olive oil, placed them on non-stick foil and sprinkled lemon pepper on them. I dropped a handful of wet hickory chips on my charcoal then placed the foil with filets on the grill. I closed the grill and smoked them for 8 minutes. They were fine!

Sho will Cuz. His was pretty easy. 2 cups of crab meat, a half cup mayo, then roll into a ball using an ice cream scoup and then roll into Panko Break crumbs and fry. You know I'll doctor that puppy up abit. LOL Heck using crab boil to boil the filets in adds ALOT of flavor

I cook crappie patties like this all the time DD. If you like salmon patties you will die for these. I bake the crappie first with some Tonys on them. Then put them in a bowl and mash em up good, then add the mayo and as egg and make them out into patties. I usually do them in a little yellow cornmeal but I have done them in the panko also and Ima tell ya they are fine. Just ask Feesh, I had some leftover one morning we went fishing and we had them on a bisquit and they were fine.
