i kept those fish yesterday. We did the parm. crusted crappie this evening (first time ever) and Melissa LOVED IT. Had some turnip greens and a salad with it as well. She said she wants to eat crappie twice a week now. Looks like I'm gonna get to fish a whole lot more but we need to get a food saver first so we can have enough room to store it
