    It is nice and there wont be any need for a yard boy. By the time he gets through there wont be no yard, not much now as it is.

    We looked at the house/yard yesterday. 15 to 20 minute weedeater cutting of grass and be done for a couple of weeks.
    There a house for sale on Collins rd. that I'd like to check out. It's about 1/4 mile from this one.
