Man DD that's a nice looking place. You got me sold already with that picture from the deck. Like G I've got about 3/4 to acre pond in back yard and it sure is nice when you have company with kids got a pier where they can fish.

Gonna do an above ground pool if we get it. May drop it on the slope abit n build a wood deck around it. Think i.can do al/ that for a couple grand. Got the mulch out n 9 Gardonias planted already. Yahooo
