It's that time of year
That my favorite meal awaits me. My son and I went last night and got these beauties along with 8 more. I fry em in this particular pattern so that ones hips will keep the others ankles down. It really helps to cook them evenly.

Heck yeah! That is becoming an endangered species. I can't remember the last time I heard a bullfrog croak. Could catch them in any creek or pond when I was a kid, not so much now.
