I know I know, nuttin knew. Ifn 50 knots is 56 MPH wouldnt 100 knots be 112MPH??????

Weather channel says its 115MPH.

1 knot = 1.15078 mph

100 knots = 115.2 mph

Actual conversion is 1 knot = 1.1508 mph. 50 knots = 57.5 mph. 100 knots = 115.1 mph. Weather Channel is pretty close at 100 knots.

ok, so the weather channel was wrong
50 knots =57.5 MPH
