Thats the strap the cherry picker was hooked to, now that you mention it tho gonna go put it back on just in case.
This boat may get full of water but I doubt it will sank, so much foam in the hull that it is a pain to route wires and such.

Had to re-do the transom but it is solid as a rock now and no wood, can stand on the Merc and jump up and down and it dont budge. Time will tell.
