Dang you old. When I was a kid we ate hamburger and pork chops and catfesh had taken grinnels place. Heck folks just had started eating broccoli and cauliflower. Then my momma added cheese to it and we thought we had sumptin.

Another overlooked fsh is drum ,clean and fillet em just like a crappie, cook it just like you would a crappie cook it with some crappie and you cant tell the diff.

Propaganda! They want people to start eating them because they are taking over our waters. They wouldnt care if you just threw them on the bank, but they really cant tell you that. So they tell you they taste good. That said tho, i'd try it. Buffalo is good if prepared right but i aint eatin no gar!

I throw stripes (whites) on the bank if I am close enuff and will throw them flying things on the bank.

I'll put all that trash fish in a trash bag on the boat. When I get home, I'll plant them in the garden.
