Lol Rees I tell ya I love fish, we eat em around here at least once a week, either fried grilled or baked but I dont know if I want no carp or buffalo. Now I do on occasion eat catfish. Bout the only catfish I eat come out of Tenn Tomm.

Havent eaten Buffalo but a couple of times, black lady that cooked for us at a hunting club would fix it all along and it was good, she knew what she was doing I guess.

Was at Butla spillway last year and was talking to a Vietnamese dude and he said they made jerky out of them. I didn't ask for no details!!
