The times I refer to is the political ignorance of the University of Miss, dont have to be very old to remember their DA moves bring in a stupid bear for a mascot and doing away with Col. Reb. Frankly Miss doesnt have a team worthy of cheering for so I find myself just supporting the SEC and the SEC West when East and West play each other. To the point that I will never spend another dime to go to anything athletic at Ole Miss, its sad and I feel it is embarasing, much like my spelling.
With that said, my dislike for Bama stems back a few years, they were top notch when Bear (maybe this is what Ole Miss had in mind) Bryant was there and I am plenty old enuff to remember that.
State fans are like a pleage, spelling again, no matter how sorry they are they are always screaming how great they are, they suck, not as bad as Ole Miss but they get their nurishment from the other rear utter on the bag. To here them tell it they are the greatest. Never have understood this, when you suck keep your mouth shut until your proformance shows different and then keep your mouth shut and let the performance speak for itself, Its called class and alot of fans these days dont have any, not just State fans but fans from most if not all schools.
Off my soap box now, it is a shame to live as close to both of em as we do and not care one bit if I ever go into either stadium.
