I would say the best I have I have learned is from a man or women I never met on cdc. Almost every post on here points me in the right direction an opens my mind. Some good some bad. :D but one thing that does stand out is the thread "Knots and rig drawings and setups for beginners" that was started by shipahoy41 I find myself going back there to ensure I am doing something right or looking for a way to change things up. I would say my number two that I have been using a lot this year is pulling cranks 101 that was started up by majflyboy. Its a huge thread now setting at 131 pages so far.

I haven't ask a whole lot of questions because I fish with G all the time. I still work so G is on a lot more than I. He has asked most of the questions. I have learned from the ones he ask. The ones I have asked have all been answered by someone no questions ask. Thanks to all that answered and helped.
A person can learn more than he can comprehen just by reading if they have time to hunt a little they can find answers to all their questions.
Last but not least is Slab. Thanks for all you do for a buntch of dummies like us. Some times I don't think we stop and think what all you do for us.

Without a doubt, i have learned the most from wannabe. the best lesson i learned is, in order not to ruin and overfish a lake, the best you can do is limit yourself to one fish per trip.

Being pretty much new on here, I have learned so much from each and everyone on here. Anytime I had a question about anything, I just put it out here and it got answered. Just reading all of your posts has answered questions I had not yet thought of. I know I've not met most of you face to face, but I feel like I know yall anyway!!Just want to say "Thanks to you all"

Well I ain't much on sob stories and giving credit where credit ain't due, here goes. Thanks to this site I've learned what to do in a home depot Parkin lot(gator), how to get conned into buyin a buffay (WB), how to unload your boat before getting to the water (ES), what happens ifn ya fesh a tourney without license(WB), how to not thoroughly perform a background check on you partner before feshin a high dollar tourney that you actually have a chance to win (Mid-South Man), what happens when ya don't lock the boat hitch (WB), who not to ride with on Nader after the sun goes down (Holic), how to not argue with the man who owns the site(personal adventure) and last but not least, I've learned you can not mount a ducer upside down and expect it to work(DD). Ifn this don't win me the Bobby Garlands, I'm gonna take me a dose of that estrogen WB speaks of.

Thanks Slab for the great site. If I listed all those that have helped me, Slab would have to add some more Gigs.. So, thanks to all that I know and to the ones that know me and that I helped, it gave me great pleasure. Helping and receiving help from friends and fellow Crappie Seekers is what it's all about. It has made me a better person to have had the pleasure to be associated with such a great group of folks. For that, I thank you..

Well what i learned most was how little i knew about crappie fishing . The only thing i had going for me was i would fish and try anything i heard on here to catch fish . I still only jig fish (save minners ) . I have had so many help me in lots of ways not just fishing . T-man , dd , maj , ez , g3 , gator , dgob , and even minner and wb . Cray many more that the names slip my memory . These are the one i know . Scott v and steve . The few i have met are great people not only fishermen . I hope to see the rest of ya'll at fall camp . Already got a cabin for the weekend . See ya
