Heat has been terrible over here to the East too. Not because of the Rx but just plain aint' worth it to fish for 2 1/2 hours in the morning before it's 100. Saving fuel and tie'n baits for the fall. Painted a few thousand jig heads too. Gotta find another job soon since "early retirement" ain't workn out. I guess then it will back to fighting the weekend warriors. Has been nice though, pulling cranks on the weekdays and learning things about parts of the lake I have just run past in the past.

I'm looking forwards to the fall of the year myself. It's been a long hot summer.

Looking forward to fall but not the lake turnover that puts the bottom on the top and top on bottom. Time to fish shallow lakes where that does not occur as badly!!!Till the deeper lakes striate again!Love fishing Pickwick Dam for Sauger,Cats,Smallies, Kentucky's.!!down to Shiloh, Diamond Island!!
