Manhattan!!!! 3 oz. Canadian Whiskey, 1.5 oz. Sweet Vermouth, dash of cherry juice and a cherry over crushed ice. Got me through many a sleepover. I know, I know......... that is a Northern drink but my yankee brother-in-law got me started on them in the 70s and I have enjoyed them ever since.
