    Mine did this in the spring, I had one new battery and one older battery that got a short in it. I replaced the older one. So next time I went fishing the motor did what your's is doing. Will barely turn the prop and steering was erratic. The bad battery ruined the new battery. Made a believer out of me for replacing all at the same time.

    I thought ES was used to be a check cashing electrician? G you already told him what to do when this first started. At least pull all and have tested.
