I tell ya I do not regret puttin the seat bases in my Ranger. Very nice to put the pedestals in the rod box untill ya need them then just pull em out drop em in and u ready to go.

Thank You for the business Steve. Might want to look at those double seat frames I sell and use. They are a lot easier to install than the bases, and no extra holes in yer boat. I use em for office furniture too. Also for Huntin, campin, BBQin, tailgatein, lots if different uses.

Yep GitDaGrease, the neighbors were looking kinda crazy at me.When i get those 2 seat bases mounted, I'll be able to put a Camo Sports Brella in the original hole. I already have 2 bases in the back that I use as driving and passenger seat bases that will also take a pedastal. The original base in the back can hold the umbrella. The boat new did not come with seat bases for the driver and passenger!I added them. When I pull cranks or longline, I will lock the trolling motor and steer with the big motor. I don't have a Terrova with I-Pilot just Me- Pilot!!

can't beat them hi teks. On that double seat thing I just got the EZ pole perch for the Ranger and I like it alot--very decent price and works very well.
I'm in hte same "boat" you are as far as fine tuning. I am gonna reposition my TM for the 3rd time tomorrow. Nice looking set up you got there.

Thnks KDavid.I'm going to have them angled towards the side some and my trolling motor goes past the left one clean and the steering cable for my foot control goes right between the two. It turned out pretty lucky on that deal!Just gotta get my spread set and the rod tips down close to the water with my weight in the front of the boat. I know with wave action I'll be adjusting them again.

I've changed mine every time I have been out--1st time was the initial run--2nd time was fine tuning--3rd time I changed to a different weight-4th time-more fine tuning--i finally decided I like mine a bit higher above the water then most (I think) about a foot. On my TM I'm moving again so that I can deploy and stow without taking off the left holder--just to save a few minutes.

Congrats on the HiTeks. Get ur self a inexpensive small socket wrench with the 1/2" socket to make adjustments as needed. A lot quicker than open end wrench. I seem to make minor adjustments every trip since waves, weights, depths change every trip it seems.
