    Buddy of mine here on the sherrifs department has the same one and loves it. I like pumps and the noise they make when cocked is sometimes enough to scare an intruder. my .02

    I would rather not be pumpin if someone is in my house! That gives room for error! What if the gun malfunctions and doesn't pull one into the chamber? You're screwed

    You are far more likely to have a problem with feeding ammo with an auto than a pump. Then what?

    I got the itch too. Thinking of a 44 mag or 45 long colt. I've been watching a 40 sw on craigslist for a couple of weeks, may get it instead.

    I have a few .40 cals. I love that round and would make a great back up piece when I run out of shotgun shells!!!
