    Time to wrapum upwith a little secret juice. they are basically done already, this step just tenderizes them. We will see in 1 1/2 hours

    I can't catch large mess of fish like some you ... but I can BBQ. Grand Daughter asked me to cook ribs for her 16th Birthday. Can't say no to that! About 4 hrs with chips. !Name:  ribs done.jpg

    Overnight soak in Coors Light, 2 hours of smoking with hickory chips, then 2 1/2 hours wrapped. Finger lickin good.

    BRM, you brought back a piece of my childhood with that pic. My dad smoked those for along time, makes me miss him even more a brings a slight tear to my eye.
