I'm kinda sorta in the market for a set of 14's. I'm a Wally guy and I'm not really fond of the B&M's. In comparison, the B&M's lack the stiffness and backbone that I'm used to with the WM's. How did those rods yall won at Enid turn out?
ES I like the wallys also but at what they cost u can darn near buy 2 BnM for the price of one Wally. I got 4 BnM and 2 Wallys in the 14s.I bought the Wallys years ago when they were still cheaper and they have been good ones.

Troll techs are identical in backbone and action to the old tight lines, new ones are prettier though..

I've fished with the 14ft Ozarks and liked them. They are more sensitive at the tip than the PST's yet they still have good backbone mid-pole. The thing I liked best is the reel seats are lower on the handle than the 14PST making it easier to set the hook in front of the reel. Munta can make you a deal on them.
