    another law that has no teeth . answer this . three guys on a pontoon catch 20 keepers , 1 guy gets off and goes home with the fish . the other two fish till they get 40 . how do you stop it ? you dont ! more rules for the good guys ! you take three old guys that come to the lake a few times ayr . and cut there limit by ten and people on 4-wheelers a wildcat break never measure a fish ! don't misunderstand me ,I think the DWFP does as well as they can on a fly by seat of the pants budget ! but you can't control the misfits by stepping on the legal fishermen . our legislature funds the DWFP like it's girl scouts . ask a warden why they don't nail those using the fish cleaning stations to clean short fish ! because if they "caught them below the dam ( or at least say they did) they would be wasting there time . Stop adding useless laws that you can't enforce.
