I got a bad report last week....so low carb diet, no taters,no fatty or fried foods, no bread,no sweets, no nothing thats good. I do plan to cheat once a week though.

It looks good but a no no for my diet also. I could broil the fish, steam the squash and chunk the taters.

Looked great till you brought out the Hinneykin. Waste of a perfectly good green bottle they could have put a kids Sprite in.

Would be better off with a bottle of Jagermeister if you gotta drink from a green bottle.
