kaspersky is good most of the time (what we use at work) and I use norton at home (have for 12yrs and never had a problem)
Hope you get it figured out.
I use free Avast.....never had any problems I also use MalwareBytes/Anti Malware and its free. I also use Avast on my phone.
You can also go to www.komando.com, she has lots of free security stuff and other good computer and camera info.
Major I was seriously starting to wonder if the computer had a black box...LOL

I thought I'd add that I've had the same problem since switching over to Wild Blue Excede service. I can get on ANY website, but Crappie.Com is a hit or miss. I've got Avast virus protection and have clean my computer but still have problems that I never had before switching to Wild Blue. And I have tryed all the co. Firefox, Goggle Chrome, IE and still can only get on parttime.
