    That Sweetwater air pump will sure put the air through that small tank. That will take care of several tanks that size. You will need air diffusers(air stones), though. That won't agitate.

    That pump came with 2 . 2x10 stones.

    Sat, you also have to consider the total output of the pump. Will two stones move enough air to let the pump run cool? If the pump is pumping more air than can escape through the stones the pump will over heat.
