I tried the amber jack last night after we came in from grabbling. I marinated in Italian and cooked on the grill. IT WAS EXCELLENT!! Next up is the cobia.
Thanks for the tips on cutting out the bloodline on them. I trimmed them up to nothing but white meat before I vacuum sealed them.
Thanks Feelay, I could not remember who recommended Red Eye Charters. You are right, Capt. Gary he got excited for us when we hooked those 2 big cobia and kept us on big fish all day.
