    My wife screwed up the one on our last RV and I ended up taking it to a trailer place and letting them install a new one! I hate ladders!

    Well the freight company ran and I noticed the end of the cardboard tube they shipped it in was beat all to hell. I had to send it back the end cap was beat up and bent.
