It seems "Project Sardis Lake Cabin" has gone pfffft. The shed turned out to be an old trailer with an addition and a lean-to and a shed and another lean-to better known as "the junkyard". Anyway "the junkyard" isn't on the property next door. It's on the property I'm trying to buy. The only thing I can think of worse than "the junkyard" in your neighbors yard is having "the junkyard" in my yard. And this Ignert gewbers solution was for me to give him an easement on my property for his use of "the junkyard". Pretty much tolt him he could use that easement for toilet tissue.
Anyone know of a nice place near the lake let me know. I'm in the market.

Pretty much I have OCD really really bad and couldn't sleep at night with that junk in my yard. I didn't want to have to mess with taking it down.
Apparently when you tell a seller to wipe their hiney with a sales contract they get motivated. It seems now they can get a dozer, front end loader and dump truck out their real quick like. The three heirs are supposed to meat tonight to discuss it.
