    Default Minn Kota Customer Support ROCKS


    I was to busy yesterday to call so this morning I called and talked to them about my Charger. I found that I had bought it last may and after talking with them for a couple minutes, they said they'd have a NEW one in the mail today and I'd have it in 4 or 5 days. Dats what I'm talking bout !!!!! Their even sending me a packing label to pay for the shipping on the one I'm sending back. You can't beat that for support

    I could have told you that rememebr when my terrova deployed and ripped off boat? They sent me a new one no questions asked.
