Went over and In my humble opinion, the circuit board in the charger has gone whacko.. Too many waves.. It thinks the battery, no matter the voltage, is fully charged. Therefore, it never lets the charging cycle begin. All three banks do the same.
Suggested solution is to put in a flat rate box and send it to MK for repair. Hope they will not charge an arm and a leg..
In the meanwhile, he has it covered with individual chargers, just inconvenient.
